I have been suffering with an under active thyroid for years. I am a diet freak. One who can loose weight any time they want to. Then all of a sudden, instead of loosing weight, I was gaining. I left a hundred and seventeen pounds to two hundred. I was working out every day, and walking long distance. I am so embarrassed about what has happen to me. I hate being fat, and it has been a big problem of mine since I was a child. People talked about me like a dog. so I was determine to stay thin. Then when I lost the weight, the attitudes of people changed with it. I fitted in. Now that I have gained the weight, peopel tell me to my face, how ugly I am. I am ashamed to go back home. I have not been there for fifteen years. I am ashamed of all the fat weight I have gaine. I told my doctor who was not listening to me. I was sleeping at least eightfive percent of the time. I could not stay awake. he finally tried to do something about it. It didn't work. Then I took a blood test without his consent, then he actually saw that all these years, I was suffering with a thyroid disorder. How do I get him to help me loose weight again. He is a military doctor.
