Many of us may well have made resolutions for 2010. And for some, a few of those resolutions will be broken already.
However, that doesn’t need to be the situation for you. Understanding that most individuals break their resolutions is not a good basis for not even trying, is it?
As someone with a thyroid complaint, what resolutions have you made?
For me, resolutions symbolize optimism and goals. I commend everybody who makes them…and I challenge you to stick to yours! Transformation can occur and often does; it’s achievable for you to stick to your resolutions. The real issue is: will you?
Here are my 2010 resolutions — a straightforward list, but perfectly doable…
* Continue to be happy
* Walk 10,000+ steps a day
* Drink 8+ glasses of water every day
* Be more tidy and orderly
* Make things less complicated in my life
How about you? What are your resolutions? Post them below — or post a link to your own blog entry
The list of potential symptoms for hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism is alarmingly long, and there’s sure to be some signs that everybody can connect with to. However, if you’re experiencing any of them, it’s important that you get your thyroid levels checked. The good news is if you have an underactive or overactive thyroid, you don’t simply have to like it or lump it – treatment is on hand.
You can choose to follow a healthy detox programme, use natural herbal remedies, or even follow a natural diet .
Whatever you choose, I wish you a healthy year ahead.

I agree that it is important to set resolutions even knowing we may fail to keep some. With that in mind, I traditionally list 20 things on my list and try to stick to them all. If at the end of the year I have kept only 10 of those, I still consider it a win. You have been such an inspiration that I’m hoping this year I will keep all 20. Thank you Marcus, my wishes to you also for success and health in 2010.
One of my big resolutions was to quit smoking, but I already blew that one! Although I am doing well with my eating habits and exercising schedules. I heard that help to cut the nicotine urges but I don’t know how true it is. Happy 2010!
