Infertility has many causes and having an under active thyroid is one of them.
This applies to both men and women. Checking with your health care provider is advisable to see if the cause of your infertility is a thyroid problem and to seek treatment if it is. How does your thyroid affect your reproductive system?
The thyroid hormone promotes the sufficient secretion of reproductive hormones, which means that if thyroid hormone levels are insufficient the secretion of reproductive hormones are also affected. This insufficiency may lead to Infertility.
If you’re a woman, you may experience menstrual problem and anovulation which may leads to being unable to conceive. If you’re a male, you may experience low sperm count or impotence. For hypothyroids, infertility can be treated by correcting your thyroid hormone levels. Your health care provider can help if you are planning to have children.
Consulting them may give you the advice on what is the best thing to do.

I’ll second that —- It is difficult to find good information and alternatives that don’t carry the hight risks that drugs do. I believe the natural was is the best way!
My doctor has suggested that this might be my problem. I found out that this is a far more common problem than I had ever thought. I have begun adding herbs and spices (with my doctor’s approval) to my diet with high hopes that my infertility problems will be solved. It will take some time before I know if this will have a positive effect on my infertility problem, but I do know that I already feel better and more energetic than I have in years.
I have heard this, but I am too old for this to be my problem. My prayers go out to you, my dear, would love to hear how this works out for you. Just be sure you check your diet with your doctor and all. I am going to tell my daughter-in-law who has thyroid problems as well. Blessings
Nice read, I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing a little research on that. And he actually bought me lunch since I found it for him smile So let me rephrase that: Thanks for lunch!
